IU Public Art Strategic Plan

Reinforcing our dedication to the arts

Help recognize and preserve the beauty of Indiana University’s campuses. As part of IU’s ongoing efforts to cultivate a positive and stimulating environment in which to live, work, and study, the university must strategically plan how it incorporates public art into the natural and built environment, and how that art will be maintained. The Indiana University Public Art Strategic Plan will document IU’s current public art exhibitions on all campuses, and will define the university’s strategic commitment to public art in the future. In addition to the overall plan, this project will include the acquisition or commission of a special piece of public art in honor of the IU Bicentennial.
