For almost 45 years, the IU African American Choral Ensemble (ACE) has sung the music of the Black experience, including songs of the Black church. In partnership with WTIU and ACE, Amen! Music of the Black Church documents an ACE concert at the Second Baptist Church in Bloomington, IN. The film details the importance of ACE at IU and covers its origins, purpose, prominent alumni, and songs. This documentary premiered in April 2020 on WTIU and is available for purchase.
