On May 10, 2019, the IU South Bend Civil Rights Heritage Center hosted a 10th Anniversary kickoff event to recognize and celebrate the center’s first 10 years of existence.
The event revealed the center’s vision for the next ten years, recognized the founding families of the center, announced signature events for the coming year, and launched a donation drive.
