Description of Funded Activity

Using film, students at Indiana University have created short black and while film portraits of current figures at IU. The goal was to create a film archive of people at IU during the Bicentennial year. The portraits were shown on information screens located across the Bloomington campus.

The Media School hosted several viewing events in the weeks leading up to the 2019-2020 winter break in the Franklin Hall Commons. The Moving Image Archive will preserve these portraits for future generations to enjoy and analyze. View the portraits and learn more about the project.
